Nursery Use Guidelines

FOR ALL WHO USE THE NURSERY:  Please adhere to the following guidelines so that the nursery may be enjoyed by all...

SUPERVISION:

·        All children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult or babysitter.

FACILITY: 

·        Turn on the following as needed, then turn them off when you leave:

o       Lights  (including bathroom light)

o       Heating or air conditioning

o       TV and video/DVD player

·        Make sure trash cans have bags in place before use.  Remove trash bags which contain dirty diapers or a lot of food items, or which is full; put bags in the dumpster (in white fenced area between church and playground).  Put new bags in trash cans which you empty. 

·        Close and lock all doors (leading to courtyard and hallway) when you leave.

·        Contact church staff (church office is in Room 6) if the bathroom or nursery needs supplies or if you have any questions.  

PLAY ITEMS (Toys, kitchenettes, strollers, videos, furniture, etc.):

·        Wipe off all items that went into little ones’ mouths, were sneezed on, etc. (disinfectant wipes are above changing table).

·        Return all items to their place.

·        Keep all items in the nursery. 

FOOD/DRINK: 

·        Wipe or sweep up all crumbs and spills on tabletops, carpet or floor.

·        Place used cups, plates, napkins, utensils, etc. in trash can (make sure trash bag is in place first).
