Worship Services

Worship at St. Alban's is focused on the Eucharist. This includes weekly Sunday Eucharists, as well as midweek services and special feast-day celebrations. We appreciate both Rite I and the more commonly used Rite II styles, making full use of the wealth of prayer book services. In addition, the church is kept open from 9 am to 9 pm for prayer and meditation.

Services are structured to include significant lay participation by the Altar Guild, Acolytes, Lectors, Lay Eucharistic Ministers licensed by the Bishop, Ushers and our dedicated musicians. We enjoy traditional hymns as well as more contemporary hymns at our 9am service. Lay counters, greeters and callers, and those who prepare and serve refreshments after the services complete the Sunday picture. The opportunities for fellowship and service to others is great here!

SUMMER SEASON WORSHIP (June 5th - September 25th)

Sunday Holy Eucharist at 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM
Tuesday Holy Eucharist at 9:00 AM
No summer children's Sunday School program, but there is an Adult Forum throughout the summer at 9:15 AM.
Our nursery is staffed for both Sunday services.

REGULAR WORSHIP (October - May)

Sunday Holy Eucharist at 7:45 AM, 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM
Sunday School and Adult Forum at 10:15 AM
Tuesday Holy Eucharist at 9:00 AM

A well-staffed nursery is provided during the 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM services.
